1. Introduction

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the LED Screen Rentals LLC website (the “Service”) operated by LED Screen Rentals LLC (“us”, “we”, or “our”). Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Service

We provide LED screen rental services for various events including, but not limited to, parties, corporate events, and school functions. The rental price will depend on the size of the LED screen and the rental duration.

3. Reservation and Payment

To reserve an LED screen, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 48 hours prior to the event date. We accept payments via credit card, debit card, and bank transfers.

4. Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your reservation, you must notify us at least 14 days before the event date to receive a full refund. For cancellations made within 7-14 days of the event, we will refund 50% of the deposit. For cancellations made less than 7 days before the event, the deposit is non-refundable.

5. Equipment Use and Care

You agree to use the equipment in a safe and appropriate manner and to return it in the same condition it was received, normal wear and tear excepted. You will be responsible for any damage to the equipment during the rental period.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall LED Screen Rentals LLC be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with any event where our LED screens were used.

7. Changes to these Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
